My experience with Symmetry has been incredible. I have made progress I thought might never happen for me. Andrew specifically has been absolutely wonderful as a counselor, kind and reassuring but still challenging me to improve. Beyond that he has been very flexible with my schedule and with my desired rate and areas of progress. I could not recommend him or Symmetry more.

Symmetry Counseling made the intake process very easy. Their online portal is user-friendly. They answer messages and concerns promptly. I had to switch counselor because of a scheduling issue and the transition to my new counselor was smooth. My new counselor is James Grider. He is absolutely amazing! Very caring and attentive. I’ve learned coping exercises that help me regularly. I’ve shared so many random things. James has helped me and he always brings focus back to our plan for my wellness. I’m glad I found Symmetry.

James is a great listener, he's compassionate, and a very caring person who genuinely cares. Could not recommend him enough!
I have been a client of Andrew at Symmetry Counseling for about 3 years now. Very easy to register and begin therapeutic services. I initially started therapy to help address anxiety regarding some big life changes (raising my kid) and Andrew has remained a consistent source of support not only in addressing that life changes, but other things life has thrown my way.
