It's been two years now that I've been meeting with my therapist Jake, and I appreciate him so much! He is incredibly thoughtful, supportive, inquisitive, caring, patient, and open-minded. I like how he offers insights from various therapeutic methodologies and intersectional perspectives. He has helped me navigate lots of changes in my life, offered coping strategies, and has been a steady source of support for me.
My counseling experience is with James Grider. James does a great job of listening without judgement and then challenging me in what I feel are the right spots to help me move forward. I have really enjoyed my sessions with James and look forward to continue working with him.
My experience with Symmetry has been incredible. I have made progress I thought might never happen for me. Andrew specifically has been absolutely wonderful as a counselor, kind and reassuring but still challenging me to improve. Beyond that he has been very flexible with my schedule and with my desired rate and areas of progress. I could not recommend him or Symmetry more.
