After a trauma to my lower back I tried a few therapies without success. Katie assessed me and treated me and there was a vast improvement from the first session. A couple more and I was sorted plus was given exercises to prevent any reoccurrence. She is incredibly knowledgeable as well as experienced and gives detailed explanations of what is causing the pain and what interventions she will do. I highly recommend her.

I had been diagnosed with a ‘frozen shoulder’ by my GP after months of stiffness and pain. I found Katie and told her my GP had said I might need an operation, it might take 2 years to get better and it might happen to the other arm too! Katie said she’d be able to help and in about 6 months my arm was back to functioning properly without pain. Katie is kind and takes time to provide an excellent service. Highly recommended by me, and my sister!

Katie is an excellent chiropractor and has helped me with pain relief due to arthritis in my leg and an impingement in my shoulder. She also remains open at hours that help me to attend despite my work commitments. If there is any improvement opportunity at all, it would be to issue hand-outs to patients to help remember how to do the exercises correctly.

Assessment done at first appointment was excellent and the diagnosis quite accurate. Further to that we agreed on a management plan and rough timeline of improvement, associated with clear guidance on home exercises. Have no doubts in advising anyone with persisting muscular and/or joint problems, to contact Katie for her to help you.

Have been a patient of Katie's for a few years now , I cannot recommend her highly enough. I have my once a month maintenance session and Katie keeps my ageing bones in tip top condition. Thank you Katie x x
