My experience with the owner of Symmetry Beauty Lounge was disempowering and frustrating (certainly NOT the way you want to feel treated at a BEAUTY lounge!) When I tried to schedule an appointment at the branch where I live in order to use a gift certificate my daughter had purchased for me, I discovered the location is PERMANENTLY CLOSED. Had my eyebrows laminated and tinted by Leah! I’m a very low maintenance girl and rarely do anything to my brows but felt they needed some touching up. Leah was so kind and informative on the lamination process. I highly recommended coming here for eyebrows. Staff was so friendly and can tell they really enjoy what they do. Will definitely come back!

I had a facial done by Leah! It was a last minute thing I wanted, I called got right in a hour before closing time! She walked me through everything! I will be going back to her for more services.
