Alex is well educated in the science of hair and haircutting. The very first time I sat in the chair Alex spent a few minutes explaining to me how my hair grows, why it's difficult to maintain and how she would cut it so it would lay properly and look good. I can't remember another stylist doing that for me. She also said, it may not be exactly right today but we'll start the process to get it right. That is how customer service should be done! Thank you, Alex. Give Symmetry a chance to make you look good.

About a year ago, I walked into Symmetry Barber Shop expecting a simple, clean fade. Instead, I left with what the stylist proudly called a “Puerto Rican fade.” As an average white guy, that wasn’t even close to what I wanted. She clearly had no idea how to do a proper fade, leaving me embarrassed and frustrated. Fast forward to today, I decided to give them another shot.
