Symmetry has been outstanding! While I have tried physical therapy, this was so much better. This teaches you to take control, know your body, and then use their range of different exercises to fix your alignment and muscle problems. If it wasn't for them, I probably would have had to stop running. Michelle, Holly and Ryan were excellent coaches and trainers. I am so glad that I spent the money to do this. It was definitely worth it!
