Friendly and patient their program has allowed me to be free of pain. I noticed the difference when I don’t do the routines after about 34 days this encourages me to keep doing that. I am grateful my friend brought me here. Yes, we love Symmetry.
Professional and friendly, atmosphere ~ very precise plans set up individually based on postural assessment. Office is bright, clean, and set up To do the prescribed exercises under supervision- which assures you are getting it right. Apps easy to use at home with video clips that show precisely how to complete each exercise. As a 75 year old competitive cyclist, these exercises keep my body in balance and help me maintain optimal fitness
This is the place you go when you have tried everything else. Five years ago I had a hip replacement that did not go so weill (sometimes that happens). Eventually my bad hip affected my back. It was also noiceably higher on that side. I tried PT and injections. All were a temporary fix. I have been a Symmetry client since 2017. With a history of high activity and a few injuries I was looking for a modality that would bring me back to activity. Not only did Symmetry move me to a place of being able to resume activities and just feel better through the day it’s also become my “daily dose” for anti- aging in my body!
