We are located at 5109 Pleasant Ave. We are located near businesses, stores, restaurants and expressways yet secluded off of the main road. Symmes is a clean, quiet, well-maintained community our residents love to call home.

As a possible future tenant, I have tried calling Symmes Apartments and Townhouses for renting information several times. I call and I am sent to their "answering team" which know absolutely nothing. If I can't even get through to these people for information on living there, imagine trying to get through to them for real apartment issues. I wanted to ignore all of the bad reviews and give this place a chance but now I have definitely changed my mind.
I would shy away from renting from this place – I deffinatly wouldn't rent from Symmes. It was the worst apartment I've ever rented. The walls are paper thin, I could hear every move my neibhors made as I'm sure they could mine. I had to wait 2 months to get the A/C fixed and they never fixed the water leak in the furnace room. The windows are extreamly drafty which ran the utillities very high.
