I've been to places before that offer "help". But this place is top notch. I felt very comfortable here, to where I actually opened up about everything in my life. They focus on you as an individual, and actually remember your name. I'm not seen as a patient here, but as a person. I feel as though finding this place was a true blessing. I can go on and on about here. If you need help this is the place to go to. Thank you for everyone who works here
Symetria is the most amazing clinic I have ever been to. Through ever problem I have they are there to help, big or small. Amanda the receptionist is amazing although she wasn't here when I started she is now and she is amazing the counselors and doctors are amazing from Rachel to Regina and Robin all amazing. The dosing nurses are absolute heroes for all that they do. And Mark absolutely saved me when I came back to Conroe From Austin. They truly care which is more than I can say for a lot of places. This place is amazing! I'm so impressed with every aspect of this clinic. Every staff member is very knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, and seems to genuinely care about each patient. They make you feel important and are dedicated to helping you and understanding each individuals situation. They even arranged an Uber ride for me when I had transportation issues and couldn't make it on my own. I am really just "wowed" and that doesn't happen often these days. I absolutely love symetria. They took care of me at my worst. Everyone there is always so attentive and caring. They even make sure to know you by name! They have always been incredibly professional and extremely well run! I believe that by far, they are the best MAT clinic in the greater Houston area!
