Symetria consistently demonstrates their lack of organization and inability communicate internally. I have rarely shown up for an appointment at Symetria where all parties involved knew I was coming. I’ve made several appointments where either the person I was supposed to meet with didn’t know about the appointment, or the person I’m meeting with is the only one who knows what’s going on, and the front desk is clueless. I continue to trust Symetria staff with my life and have not been disappointed. I did not show up for a few days because I was sick….the staff there called me every day until I answered, and they got me to come back in for my treatment and back on track. It is rare to find people who truly care about you as an individual, Symetria is one of the rare companies with people who care.

They deserve less then one star actually zero stars they are completely unprofessional unethical and just lazy incompetent they lie to your face and pretend they actually care about your situation yet they do nothing to fix their errors stay far away from this place it’s not worth your time !!! They will say your admitted then say your not after wasting a week of your time and Money go anywhere else but here.
