Consistently lied to me about whether or not they had my tax documents for months, to the point that I had to report them to the IRS to be able to get them. Tax documents are supposed to be mailed out by Jan 1st, I did not receive them until it was already April and I nearly had to request an extension because of all the lying. After the report, I was emailed my documents within 3 days. None of this had to happen if they had just not lied and had just done what was legally required of them.
Great company! I have done business with Symetra for many years and the staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend!
