I trust Symdon Motors, Mt Horeb, with my Personal and Business trucks. Their Service Department Staff and Technicians have always provided excellent customer service and repairs. They keep you informed of the vehicle’s status and alert you to any changes or further recommendations. Aaron and Shane at Symdon Motors were great to work with. Vehicle was located using a cars-for-sale website so all of the initial contact was via phone and email. Aaron answered all my questions and Shane worked with me on the financing options. The day I drove to the dealership (about 3 hours from my home) to sign the paperwork and pick up the vehicle, everything was organized and ready. It took about an hour to do the test drive and complete the sales documents. Probably one of my best experiences purchasing a vehicle.
They addressed the issues that I had and I pleased with the results, thank you
I find Symdon staff to be most friendly and always available to help me with questions on my car maintenance. Staff tries to fit me in as soon as possible to determine problem and fix it.
