I will never do business with them again...my 2008 Chev 2500 Duramax was there in early May getting service and was left outside during that bad Hail storm, needless to say my perfect shaped Truck was badly damaged....Symdon never offered to help with my Shatered Windshield, Brake Lite and my Side Window Shades...so I had to pay them full price and labor to fix these small items so that ot would be at least driveable...then I asked them to give me an estimate to fix the damaged , they refused to give me an estimate telling m... read more
I had nothing but an amazing experience with Ryan Johnson and Ed! They walked me through everything and where very respectful! I can't say enough about how great my experience was. Quality service as always. However, I found a large smear of grease in the bottom of the driver’s door, but at least I know they are checking and greasing everything. 4.8 stars
