they had never notified me of my mother's care schedule as promised on a weekly basis without my nagging them. They don't always replond to messages
Why is zero stars not an option? The services they provide to healthcare facilities is complete garbage. Both for the rehab and the pharmacy. The pharmacy department doesn't properly bill Medicare for medication coverage, which just results in upset family members. The rehab portion... OMG STOP! You don't staff building appropriately for SAR needs. You tell the staff to do group therapy for productivity but then it's not quality therapy. This company sends scam bills in the mail. You call every number listed in Google, or on the bill , go through every option with the phone ai and never speak to anybody. SCAM COMPANY!!!!! SCAMMERS!!!!!!
Honestly, I am surprised that this company has 2 stars. If you can, avoid doing business with this place. They rarely answer the phone, they never return phone calls or answer letters. My mom keeps getting bills for medications she never received, including 3 that were supposedly dispensed over 2 weeks after she moved from Aspired/now Sunrise Westmont into s different facility.
