I used Symboll for my wedding in November. The photographer was very nice, but I feel like there could have been more communication prior to the wedding to confirm what all we wanted, and to better understand exactly what to expect. We received some beautiful photos but I was not entirely pleased. The owner eventually reached out to address my concerns/complaints, and did everything they could to make sure I received all of the photos I wanted.
Not a good experience with them. I do not recommend them at all!
I was so excited to use Symboll for my wedding (November 2025). They were at the top of our budget, there were plenty of other photographers that offered more for less. I really wanted to have photos that were different but beautiful, and I wanted to be sure I would love them. We got the smallest photo package, so we knew we were tight on time, but 300 photos was plenty for us and we could make 5 hours work. We could not be more grateful to the team at Symboll for capturing our wedding so beautifully. From the very beginning, the experience felt effortless and professional. Worst decision ever to use this team. Horrible pics and video. Everything from very bad lighting to failure to capture special moments and sad that we paid so much and they just keep saying "fake reviews" and somehow get them removed when clients write honest reviews here that are negative. VERY POOR QUALITY and nothing like their instagram page, looks like they did some good weddings, but many that were NOT good. We had a horrible team for a January wedding
