I came in for a hard gel FILL on my nails and toes and was here for 3.5 hours. The nails are messy and THICK. she put two thick coats or hard gel and 4 coats of nail polish not including top and bottom coat. So 6 coats of polish on top of already thick hard gel. I went tonight and my nails look crooked. Over 1 hour and 20 min commute and this lady spent a second time correcting them and now I plan to not go back. Very Dissapointed. This lady wasted more time asking me about my job, salary and boyfriend instead of focusing on her job. I have some advice for you. Mind your own business and do your job! Paid $140 for my nails to start popping off the next day. She definitely skipped steps and the shape didn't look good. I just gave up saying something because at that point I just needed a whole new set and I wasn't getting it here. Also confused when I booked it was $85 and I walked out paying $140.
I've been going here for about 3-4 years now. I experienced nothing but amazing service from all the staff here. It's clean, hygienic, and my mani/pedi have always looked exactly the way I wanted it. I highly recommend!
Got a gel mani and pedi here and had such a great experience! I had Nancy do both for her and she is so sweet and definitely has a lot of experience! We had such good conversation as well and love how my nails came out!
