Paid $140 for my nails to start popping off the next day. She definitely skipped steps and the shape didn't look good. I just gave up saying something because at that point I just needed a whole new set and I wasn't getting it here. Also confused when I booked it was $85 and I walked out paying $140.
I've been going here for about 3-4 years now. I experienced nothing but amazing service from all the staff here. It's clean, hygienic, and my mani/pedi have always looked exactly the way I wanted it. I highly recommend!
Got a gel mani and pedi here and had such a great experience! I had Nancy do both for her and she is so sweet and definitely has a lot of experience! We had such good conversation as well and love how my nails came out!
I saw Lisa.she was so sweet and gentle. One of the best gel manicures ever. I took off my acrylics and my nails were in pretty bad shape. She made something out of nothing! The spa itself is beautiful and clean. Her ten minute massage was also superb! 5 stars!
Alex is the best of the upper east side. Best massage ever!!
