The worst customer support I have used their products since '85. Their software is good but their customer support is THE WORST. Just try and re-download purchased software after a system crash and you'll see what I mean. Their online account retrieval service via Digital River is useless! I had to re-purchase software I already purchased just to get it on my computer. THE WORST. THE WORST. THE WORST. HATE IS NOT A STRONG ENOUGH WORD!
