I bought the SYM HD300i scooter nearly a year ago. I live in NE Victoria, and the scooter is a joy to ride. With its large 16" wheels, and ABS brakes I feel safe riding on the occasional rough country roads. For a scooter, it accelerates really well, and is really comfortable/stable at the allowable speeds on main roads and the freeway. In terms of reliability - I have had no issues, and would recommend this for a first time user.
Big shout out to Justin in the spare parts Dept. his attitude and customer service is second to none, extremely helpful in every manner, an absolute delight to deal with. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Best place to buy a scooter. Big thank you to Hollie! We sat, we had coffee with a quality conversation. When I told her what I wanted she let me look at all the other bikes just in case, but never tried to sell me another bike that I didn’t want. This is one good thing that came out of COVID that these guys now sell to the public. No messing about , no looking around for me anymore, no looking around at second hand bikes. Great to find a family business that is friendly and efficient. Dealt with Holly over the phone getting quotes and organising pick up , then on the day I picked up scoota had the whole family help me load and secure the scoota. Great informative , friendly and efficient service.
