Unfortunately, my experience was not as great as everyone’s. I scheduled way back in January but was constantly left on read from her weeks and weeks leading up the appointment. She then moved my appointment the day OF knowing I don’t live near and then when I eventually got there the next day, after evaluating my hair for maybe 1 min she told me she couldn’t do my hair.
