Best pet store in virginia. Sweet kind and attentive customer service. They also knew what they were talking about which you don't get at many big chains. Will return for sure.
Placed an order with the owner for several fish and freshwater shrimp. Did not receive a call back. I figured it was because they couldn’t get the particular fish and shrimp. Stopped by three times. The first 2 times, there was only 1 employee and she was too busy. The third time, I unwittingly came at 5 just as they were closing. I asked about my order.
