Poor service. They would get no stars from me Placed an order for a funeral. The could've least call me and let me know they canceled my order because they didn't have it. Didn't even give me the opportunity to send another arrangement. Sorry way to run a business.
I placed an order online early for a gourmet basket to be sent to a family who lost a relative. They called me asking if okay to delivery a day later then requested because of Valentine’s Day they didn’t have items needed in stock. I explained I was okay with substitution because I didn’t know if said friend would still be in town next day. They said they’d call their vendor then call me back. I never got a call!
