Please never take your children to this woman, she is rude, judgemental and does not act in the best interest of the children in her care.
Dr. Lam is very disrespectful. She didn’t give our baby the shot she needed even though a supervisor called her and told her that our baby is covered. Our baby is over two months old and she hasn’t got any of her shots yet because of her. In addition, the supervisor told her that we were covered from Feb-first, she’s not paying us back the money we paid out of pocket and says we should pay her for those visits. Not a Human Bering... More like a money robot...

Dr. Lam is an amazing pediatrician! She cared for my teenage brother and sister since birth and me since I was a teenager (now 28). As such, she has been my 9-year-old's pediatrician since birth. Unfortunately, I moved to another state and had to find another pediatrician :( and I know I will not find a pediatrician quite like her! Dr. Lam is very straight forward and I don't think many people like that, but all-in-all, she's great!

Horrible service in the office, wait time is ridiculous and both front desk and Dr are rude. It should not matter what insurance you have as to the quality of attention you receive. There should be better bed side manners with addressing patients. DO NOT go here! Rude Dr and rude front desk lady! - this is to all age patients! Sad service has worsened- I remember when they were a bit more pleasant. Very unprofessional.
lack of patience to explain anything, not a good choice if u want to get personalized service.
Friendly office staff and very informative doctor. My daughter was sick and Dr.Lam carefully examined her and prescribed the medications needed. The office was very clean and we did not have to wait long at all compared to other doctors.
I would never come back with Dr. Lam because she is very angry and judges people
