Focused on carpal and ulnar compresshve neuropathy. Focused but true. The only problem is the 2 month delay of treatment. Good doctor
We had a wonderful experience with Dr. Gray and her P.A.! They were able to fit us into their schedule quickly to see my son for his thumb injury. From the moment we arrived, we were treated with the utmost respect and care. They took the time to explain everything, made sure my son was comfortable—even though he needed a cast—and got us taken care of efficiently. We are so grateful for their kindness and professionalism and will definitely recommend them to others!
Barely saw her, very little attention and information. Peri-op nurse Anna B sermed to be in a bad mood. When she started to take off the iv she flipped the needle over while still in, hurt bad. Made a sound and jumped and she said “just a minute” sternly. Afterwards she said “any questions”? I asked her one question and she said “I have no idea”. On the discharge sheet she said “answered all asked questions”.
Dr. Gray and her team are fantastic! Told my wife & I my surgery would take 30-45 min and did it in 20 min. Within an hour of reporting to hospital, getting surgery, waking from anesthetics I was omw back home! This was a couple of months ago, I fully healed and even the scar from my surgery has almost disappeared. Thank you Dr Gray!!
Very disappointing experience. Terrible bedside manner and quite rude.
