Had my first visit today with Dr. Siegfried. She is awesome. I did not feel rushed. She is congenial, an excellent communicator and attentive listener. Office staff is just lovely too. So happy, and relieved, to find a great gynecologist after my last one retired.
I booked my appointment online as they allow and my appointment was accepted some time later the same day and I got sent links to set up my patient portal, etc. Yesterday they called me to cancel my appointment booked for Jan 27th for my very important cancer screening stating they are not accepting new patients until February 1st, 4 days later. I’m sorry but they have open availability and chose to cancel and not reschedule my appointment due to a 4 day difference AFTER they initially accepted me. This is really shameful. I... read more
Can’t even get these people on the phone. Glad they kept hanging up on me I found a better place and booked while I was on hold
Calling to find a new Dr since were new here in Florida, I spoke with Path over the phone, she was absolutely not nice! Like she is not welcoming new patients Reading a good reviews about Dr Siegfried was what made me call but after 30 seconds of unpleasant woman in the booking department made me uncomfortable and definitely not the kind of office I would like treat me! That’s too shame If you’re not a peoples person please don’t work with patients
