She seemed distracted and in a hurry. She spoke nice, but she acted as I was supposed to know how to use devices that she prescribed. Wasn’t pleasant first time visit!

I was referred to an endocrinologist a few years ago for thyroid nodules, and we followed a simple monitoring plan with annual visits. I expected our first appointment to be a routine office visit since we had never met, but when I arrived, the staff began prepping me for a biopsy.
