Sylvia deserves 10 Stars! She made a recent complicated and unique real estate transaction flow flawlessly. I felt totally confident in her ability to insure that the marketing of my property would achieve the maximum exposure. Her strategy was spot on and resulted in the property closing for $26,000 over any other agent we spoke to said we could get.
