My wife and I worked with Sylvia for a few months in 2024. She worked through a number of difficult issues with us using the Gottman method. Even though the sessions were all online, her warmth and care came through the screen. She was very skilled in helping us slow down the conversation, identifying what we were feeling in the moment, and rephrasing what we needed in a way that our partner could understand.
