Really terrible experience with this landlord and her property. She is very hard to communicate with and rarely responds. While we were occupying one of her rental houses, the garage door stopped working, the GFIs were faulty multiple times during our stay, the washer also messed up, and the AC also broke. Not to mention the window sills were previously broken and they did a terrible patch up job which we for sure are going to be blamed for during move out so we took lots of photos when we moved in last year. My experiences as tenet with Miss Sylvia and Miss Lola were always cordial, professional, on time. When I had issues with my rental place they were always ready to help. I'm very thankful with them as the were always respectful, professional, and understanding.
a useless company with the worst customer service. they managed to send our deposit to someone else in a different state, said we provided the address and tried getting us to pay for putting a stop on the check, blamed us for previous tenants damages, the list goes on. don’t waste your time with them.
