Ms.Sylvia Chavez was an exceptional nurse practioner on today's visit for a few reasons. She not only greeted me but had so much patience in explaining to me how both colonoscopy and endoscopy will be done the day of. I was a bit nervous about it but she reassured me that it would be okay. Also I asked about Preventive heartburn medications and she prescribed the right one for my heartburn.
