As someone who truly values quality OB-GYN care, I decided to give this clinic a chance based on the positive reviews. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. First, I arrived for my appointment and waited 30 minutes before being seen. Then, after being placed in the patient room, I waited an additional 30–45 minutes for the doctor. Dr. Sylvia Johnson is not only exceptionally knowledgeable but also possesses a profound reverence for her faith, making her truly inspiring and admirable.
Would not recommend at all, I went in for my yearly check up I got a call from them almost a month later asking me if I could come back because they forgot to run some tests. Had to ask off for another day off work. Once I arrived I was taken in the room where I had to wait for the nurse to get off the phone while she was on a personal phone call. A younger family member of mine went here and the doctor belittled and shamed her. You would think she would educate and use such sensitive situations as a teaching moment from older women to younger lady however she decided to gossip and snicker amongst her co workers which has emotionally traumatized my family member because she heard everything you said.
