Silvestre was very responsive and great communication about changes and what to expect. They were very focused on wanting to make our project perfect and make sure we were happy with the end product. They had attention to detail, were kind, respectful and responsive. We would definitely use them again if we have any other remodeling projects.
We had a large brick and stone fireplace with a three sided wood burning fireplace that the previous owner's remodel had in the kitchen. It was not functional or repairable, but we lived with it for years to accomadate the wood burning insert in the basement. Working with Sylvestre’s was an incredible experience any way you slice it! As with any project things can go wrong and they sure did with us. But what sets this company apart is how they handled everything. Our contractor, Marc, did an excellent job making sure everything was done right no matter how many times it took nor how long. He continually said “I want you to be happy!” And we are. Our bathroom is beautiful!!! Despite the setbacks and problems that happened we would not hesitate to use this company again.
