I hired Sylvester’s Maintenance & Mechanical to order and program garage remotes. Based on my conversation with their dispatcher, it was my understanding that I would be billed for the remotes, on-site labor, and drive time to the property. When I received the invoice, it appeared to include drive time in both directions, which differed from my expectations. I raised this concern with management, but the invoice was not adjusted, and I was informed they would not accept future work requests from me.
Chris and Chris, the techs from Sylvester's were very professional, on time and didn't stop working until the job was done. Despite running into a few challenges, they were able to identify each problem and work through them. I would highly recommend Sylvester's Maintenance for anyone in need of repair and/or installation of overhead doors or any of the other services provided as their entire team was professional, reliable, flexible and provided the exact timeline from beginning to end.
