I hated every minute of my appointment. My husband and I waited an hour and a half in the waiting room. It wasn't full, we were the only ones there. Once we were called back I answered all of the questions that I had already done for my paperwork. Half an hour later when Dr. Sylvester came in I had to answer the questions AGAIN. Dr Sylvester is extremely knowledgeable, caring and compassionate. I am soooo happy that I found her for all my OB/GYN needs. I would highly recommend her, I wish I could have found her sooner.
Was told to be 15 mins early for a 2 pm appt, got there and they are still at lunch w door locked. The French doors looked like an abandoned building w all the covid precautions pasted to every section of glass on the doors. Went next door thinking it may be part of their office and was told I had to call and they would let me in. Rewinding back to spring of 2020...??? Everytime i come here i set an appt only to have to wait an hour plus
This office violated HIPAA, lied to my wife, and then refused to correct inaccurate medical records. We will be filing a lawsuit soon.
The nurses were great.. I loved the nurses and staff. This was my first pregnancy, everytime Dr.Sylvester came in to see me, she never talked to me about anything. Asked if I had any questions, and said I'll see you next month. That was it. Nothing. Never prepared me for anything. Never talked to me about anything. I just love her overall, very kind, and dies a excellent job. Glad I picked her to be my ob/gyn my best friend refered me to her. ??
Dr. Sylvester has been my doctor for 17 years, she is extremely knowledgeable, has a very friendly personality and she makes you feel like you are important.
I love dr Sylvester she has delivered all of my children she is very caring she listens and understands all my needs
