Dr Bezic was running 40 mins late. Appointments with him are only 10 mins and he rushed me. Didn’t even take my blood pressure. Then got charged an eftpos surcharge for paying by card.
Dr Bezic & Medynski have been my local GPs since birth. They are great Drs that will care for you. The receptionist is also great. I recommend this practice to anyone!
It’s either the receptionist is a racist or just has communication issues …… wanted to see a doctor , tells me their not accepting new patients which is fine and understandable so I asked does it make a difference if I just work next door cause it would be convenient and we are locals and be nice to have a good relationship) she says she doesn’t understand……. Like she could of asked what do I mean, she didnt even bother ….. Dr came explained what happened … all is good
