Had to have my car towed to Sylvania BMW service due to battery failure, and then return again for dashcam failing to record. Nathan was my service manager, and he was fantastic. He was very professional, he was very communicative with me at each stage of the service team's diagnostics, kept me in the loop of what was going on and how long it was going to take. We recently took my BMW to Sylvania for a Recall part. Nathan was professional, helpful and attended to everything on the spot. We dropped it Tuesday and picked it up today (Friday) with new part fitted. Have no complaint whatsoever with BMW Service and Nathan's knowledge of the car and problem.
