Pleasant experience when ordering. Love my mini split. Keeps my insulated garage cool.
Unfortunately we have not had a good experience so far. Fed Ex was scheduled to deliver on July 5th, no show, fine. Then Monday, July 7th, missed them but apparently they need signature, won't deliver. I stayed closeby Tuesday, they never showed but claimed they did., miss the Wednesday, I had to work. Finally met FedEx driver signed, received. Box is really rough, taped at one end, strapped at the other but seemed solid.
