Purchased a Aprilaire dehumidifier and an Aprilaire condensate pump from website. Items arrived quickly but was given an aftermarket condensate pump, not the name brand that was advertised and I paid for. Only solution offered so far has been to return the pump which i intended to install tomorrow and they dont even have the correct pump in stock.
