Sylvander Heating installed our old Lennox HVAC system in our home when it was built new. We got 33 great years of service out of the original Lennox system with no breakdowns or service needed until just this last winter with a dirty sensor that needed cleaning on the furnace. Eric the tech was great and got us up and running on the furnace in no time, but the AC started acting up this spring when we turned it on. My furnace went out on Wednesday in the middle of the night. It was -9 outside! I called Sylvander next morning. Desiree answered the phone and said they would have James out right away. They sent me a confirmation text with a picture of the tech and the 2 hour window of when he would be at my house. He showed up on time and diagnosed the problem and ordered the part before he left!
