We recently had Sylvander install a replacement Lennox air conditioner and furnace to replace our 20+ year old system. Sylvander's sales rep Kevin walked us through several options to consider, answered all of our questions and arranged for the scheduling of the installation. On installation day, Jeff and Hunter arrived on time at 7:00 am and finished the complete installation at 2:30 pm. Sylvander Heating team are definitely a 5 STAR PLUS Company. From the first day they came to my home during this heatwave and after hours a repair person came and got our AC going. Our AC system is 22 years old and we need an new one. Today 7/27/26 Jeff & Hunter replaced the old AC for a very very nice Lennox AC unit. Sylvander Heating is an exceptional, professional, reputable company I will continue to use them for all of my cooling and heating issues. Thank you so much Sylvander Heating Staff
Our AC went down on a Friday night and we had a tech at our house Saturday morning. The unit was up and running within minutes, but time was taken to update a couple of parts (preventative maintenance) and check other settings to make sure we were running as efficiently as possible. The level of service we received was top notch and we'll use their services again as needed. Give them a call and ask for James Brown - he was amazing!!! I woke up this winter to my house being 51 degrees! Sylvander came to my house and got my furnace going again within just a couple of hours. They were kind and courteous, explained everything to me and had me up and running again! BIG Thanks to Benny, the tech who came out!
Have had MANY great experiences with James at Sylvander, he has worked on both my house and at my family’s cabin. He is always friendly, shows up prepared and on time, and makes the whole process easy and stress-free. You can tell he really cares about doing quality work and treating customers right.
