They got my A/C going really quick. Great customer service!!! July 4,2025 AC went out, service tech was here in 10 mins fixed it. Great Service as usual.
Kyle repaired our AC quickly. Response time after call was fast. He explained work needed and kept us updated. Very knowledgeable and friendly.
June of 2024 my 23 yr old AC started leaking and wasn't working properly. Through HomeServe, Sylvander tech came to look at it. Said there was a leak and to fix it, it would be thousands of dollars for the discontinued r22 freon. I couldn't afford that and a new unit would be around $5,000(they did offer financing, but I couldn't afford the payments). Always have parts on hand for my furnace, gave me a great bid on mini split
Had an emergent need to have my gas line from my stove disconnected on short notice in preparation to have new flooring put in. They were incredibly responsive and the technician came by and helped me and it took him no time at all. The supervisor called me afterwards and told me it would be free of charge due to the little time and effort it took them. I just want to say thank you to Sylvander. They are incredibly customer focused and really care about supporting you. I would recommend them 100%.
