They installed a new AC and heat pump system to replace my aging (and leaking) attic AC installation. Everyone was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. They helped me select an appropriate unit and walked me through all the pros and cons as well as the financial aspects. There were a couple of technical hiccups along the way but Sylvander immediately took ownership of them and addressed each issue promptly. I am very satisfied with their service.
This is a great company. Everyone I have worked with has been knowledgeable and courteous. I recommend them for your HVAC needs! They put in a new AC and furnace for us to replace a failing system that was 23 years old. The new setup is GREAT.

I have gotten to know many people at Sylvander from front office, to repair technicians, to sales and new install… and have nothing but outstanding things to say about every single person I have had contact. The short version to the long story a different now out of business company did a poor / improper install which lead to many different issues over the years.
