Eclectic Decor, Good Eats – Though I didn't really get the "saloon" vibe--like an Indiana Jones-meets-Jack Hannah theme going on--the food and drinks were delicious. Server was awesome, attentive, and the steakbites and sweet potato tots were superb. Definetely a step up from Big Reds.
Big upgrade from Big Red's – Sylvan Steakhouse seems to be a big improvement over the previous tenant. I had dinner there recently and the food was very very good but I was extremely confused by the layout and the decor. Not sure what they are aiming for as the "Saloon" is tiny and barely worth mentioning in the name, comic like safari animals with big eyes ogle you while you eat, lamps that make you feel like you are in a mining camp hang over your head.
