Horrible horrible service.! If I could give 0 starts I would.! They don’t care about you or your fur baby’s. They just sat there and hug the phone up on me you could head the other girl tell her to hang the phone up on me. My dog was stolen from me and I reported it to the police and them and the reassured me that if they ahold of my dog they would call me and let me know right away and not give any information out. They always managed to get my dogs in on a phone call. Sylvan is a great veterinary hospital. That’s why I take all my dogs. My dogs love them and they take care of them. They do a good job. I’m very satisfied with them.
