Would be nice to be able to get into my apartment all the doors have key fobs to open them and the never work to open …. Always breaking

I lived here for two years and would’ve stayed longer if I didn’t move to Texas for work. I absolutely loved living here! It’s perfect proximity to downtown Portland that you can pop in and out whenever you want in less than 10 minutes! The maintenance was always super prompt and the office staff is so friendly. They have food trucks come to the complex sometimes and monthly contests for free utilities and whatnot. The parking is limited but there is plenty of overflow parking in the back so you never can’t find a spot. All ... read more
Paul and Madeline from the Leasing Team were super kind and helpful throughout the process of touring and answering all of my questions about the unit I was interested in. I have yet to move in but am feeling comfort in knowing I can lean on them with any requests/questions. I look forward to moving in!
Move if you want. I had a lot of problems with office staff extra attention. If you’re not me or black it might be worth checking out.
