I lived here for two years and would’ve stayed longer if I didn’t move to Texas for work. I absolutely loved living here! It’s perfect proximity to downtown Portland that you can pop in and out whenever you want in less than 10 minutes! The maintenance was always super prompt and the office staff is so friendly. They have food trucks come to the complex sometimes and monthly contests for free utilities and whatnot. Paul and Madeline from the Leasing Team were super kind and helpful throughout the process of touring and answering all of my questions about the unit I was interested in. I have yet to move in but am feeling comfort in knowing I can lean on them with any requests/questions. I look forward to moving in!
Move if you want. I had a lot of problems with office staff extra attention. If you’re not me or black it might be worth checking out.
If you have outdoor / indoor cats do not even consider this place. When I signed a lease and was working with the office to find an apartment that fit for us, I explicitly asked for bottom floor apartments so my cat may come and go; to which they of course helped, until they began charging me for my cat being "unattended" you will receive fees for your animal being outside, as well as any pet furniture you chose to decorate with on your porch.
