As a resident of 4 years - I have not one positive thing to say about management - - Petty fines & zero humanity. Expect to squeeze every last dollar from residents over $50+ “violations” so small they border on parody. Communication? Strictly via passive-aggressive door notes and snail mail. Phone calls? Just wanted to shout out Leslie F. at front desk. They’ve been a super supportive, incredibly thoughtful, and empathetic shoulder to learn on. I could be having the most miserable day ever and this dude just comes through every time either with his great sense of humor or locking it right in and succeeding in finding us solutions. I lived here for two years and would’ve stayed longer if I didn’t move to Texas for work. I absolutely loved living here! It’s perfect proximity to downtown Portland that you can pop in and out whenever you want in less than 10 minutes! The maintenance was always super prompt and the office staff is so friendly. They have food trucks come to the complex sometimes and monthly contests for free utilities and whatnot.
