Highly Recommend Sylvan S. Stern DDS PLC! I can't say enough good things about Dr. Stern and his entire practice! From the moment you walk in, you're greeted by a warm and friendly staff that makes you feel instantly comfortable. DO NOT GO THERE! I was a new patient there in October for a painful tooth. Let me tell you this doctor will drill anything and any tooth he wants! I honestly regret going there his wife gets annoying as well. So I had wanted a bridge come to find out he had drilled one of my good back tooth and messed it up. I swear anything for Insurance money! He also starts to get mad if you tell him what you want or don’t want with your teeth! He and his wife need to retire!! I’m so mad because now my insurance company has to wait years ... read more

Absolutely horrible experience with this dentist. There was a storm coming through this evening; and when I arrived at the location, the store was locked. I looked through my emails and phone in search of any notification that the office would be closed. I received no email, no text, and no phone call to notify me that my appointment had been canceled. I wasted 40 minutes driving in poor weather conditions while their staff was let go home. Upon calling the doctor, he said "What do you want me to do?" The lack of professiona... read more
