The teachers at Sylvan were wonderful, and this review is not a reflection of them. They genuinely cared about our child and did a great job during the sessions. Unfortunately, the business practices completely overshadowed that positive experience. Scheduling was difficult from the start, with very limited availability for makeup sessions. both our children ages 5 and 7 have grown faster with Sylvan than they wold have without. we are moving and will seek a sylvan there because our experience was so good, we want to continue for years!

Sylvan does a great job keeping our daughter focused and on task. They help get her through her homework in a timely manner while offering help when needed and encouragement along the way. And the token system is great because it provides incentive and helps make learning more fun. Thank you Sylvan!

My child is homeschooled and was fighting me on all her writing. She wasn't behind or anything so I didn't know if they could help....so i Called sylvan and they set up an evaluation that was very precise. Started her exactly where she needed to. The learning plan was tailored to her. Bonus she loves going! She said it's a 10/10

Grateful to the Sylvan westlake team who had helped me navigate tutoring for my son and daughter. We are getting help in reading and math and the process has been easy and accommodating. Teachers and center director is friendly and responsive and communicate well. I know others who have sent their kids here and they have made great progress. Highly recommend.
