This location is unfortunately owned by Paul Ripon and Paul is a very rude and disrespectful franchise owner! Communication with him is extremely difficult because he likes to avoid contact and responding to customers messages. It took us over 2 weeks to finally get into contact and he gave the excuse of having a busy life. Well maybe let your employees have some authority then if you aren’t available for weeks at a time.
