Our experience with Sylvan Learning Center has been deeply disappointing. The center where our child was enrolled closed suddenly and without any notice, leaving us out of the money we had already paid. Communication from both the local management and the parent company has been unhelpful. We were told that individual centers are franchised, meaning the corporate office takes no responsibility for what happens at the local level. We have been so happy with Annette and the entire Sylvan team. We’ve seen noticeable improvements with our child’s reading and the extra help through the summer helped us avoid that summer learning slide. The flexibility and communication is great! Even with our busy schedules we’re still able to find time with Annette’s help to get our child in for tutoring. Thank you!

Our experience has been remarkable. The staff listens and help our child. The owner works with our schedule because our child is in sports. Lastly, our child has developed so much and doing well in his classes. Thank you guys for all you do daily.
