The absolute worst experience, paid 300$ for A consultation, although it says, get your free consultation on their, We showed up they double booked us and did not communicate with either of the kids on where they’re at handed them met tablet and they had to read paragraphs and answer questions, The reason why I went in was for extra help because they’re struggling to read. I left with both kids extremely upset and frustrated. It was by far what I wanted for them.
Our grand daughter has improved immensely over the last month she has been with Sylvan.
We accessed Sylvan in May/24, as my daughter was struggling with grade 10 math. She has since been using the homework support services once a week. She has a better understating of what she is doing, with less frustration. She has finished the year with a better grade than she thought she could achieve. We will be moving forward and using the services to catch her up to her grade level of math over the summer. She will continue with homework support for the remaining of her school years.
