Sylvaan SAT Prep is a great program with amazing teachers. Nicholas, James, and Abigail are all very helpful and supportive. I highly recommend it to anyone preparing for the SAT.
A good place for your kids to catch up and learn advanced stuff as well. The kids here get to meet several tutors depending on the time and the tutors keep a journal of each child's lesson and progress. The scheduling was flexible and prompt. Michelle and Yulnique were friendly and responsive and my child had good learning experience here.
Sylvan and Ms. Michelle have really helped my son to feel more confident for his EOG testing, making his math understanding to a higher level!
as a student there myself, i'm kinda iffy abt it since some (i aint gonna call names here) of the tutors are a little too strict for my taste, like one of them said "u just don't want to do the work if u keep on saying 'i don't know'." when i just asked a question on the multiplication work, so these days i dread it, but otherwise its nice.
My child has been attending Sylvan in Cary for eight months. He initially struggled with reading, but after joining, his improvement has been remarkable. He now performs well on his NC Check-Ins and has gained confidence in his reading skills. He even looks forward to his sessions, which is amazing to see. The director, Michelle, Yulnique, and the instructors are incredibly supportive, patient, and dedicated.
