Ace had so much fun at the clinic. He was very happy to get treats for just looking so darn handsome. The staff were gentle with him and worked well to get the job done.
i brought my little guy sam in with his heart issue... and it was a very rough day for me.. as i had other stuff on my plate. The staff was amazin, went above and beyond to ease the stress and upset for both myself and sam... they had compassion and empathy for my emotional upset.. and sam felt safe in his own distress! THEY ALL WERE AMAZIN IN THEIR UNDERSTANDING AND CARE.. it was a welcoming envirmoent.
This is the only veterinary clinic we trust with our pets! We drive from south of Olds to bring our fur babies to see the wonderful vets and staff at Sylvan Lake Veterinary Clinic. They are friendly, compassionate and welcoming - humans and animals alike leave feeling at ease with the treatment. We know that our animals receive the best care here and we are forever grateful for their compassion and knowledge. Highly recommend this clinic. 5 star review!
Everyone here is always so welcoming and friendly to myself and my dog. My dog actually enjoys coming here!! I couldn’t ask for or recommend a better family vet!
