Admin staff were friendly, Vet and assistant were friendly and understanding. They cared for the comfort of my anxious cat, had a clean and tidy room and were knowledgeable. Several options had been given for problems and they didn't just push the most expensive one. After we discussed options they quoted AND confirmed with me that the prices were okay with me. I have taken our dog here for all of her appointments and the staff + vets are super nice. After having foster dogs & getting a second one I've experienced a few other clinics and have noticed some negative things in comparison. 1. The price is more expensive than all 3 other clinics 2. The upselling attempts of food/products at every visit. 3. Booked just a bordatella vaccination as it was needed for daycare and they had dewormer ready for me which I already had and did not request and gave our dog the other vaccination she... read more
Ace had so much fun at the clinic. He was very happy to get treats for just looking so darn handsome. The staff were gentle with him and worked well to get the job done.
i brought my little guy sam in with his heart issue... and it was a very rough day for me.. as i had other stuff on my plate. The staff was amazin, went above and beyond to ease the stress and upset for both myself and sam... they had compassion and empathy for my emotional upset.. and sam felt safe in his own distress! THEY ALL WERE AMAZIN IN THEIR UNDERSTANDING AND CARE.. it was a welcoming envirmoent.
