Absolute amazing place with amazing techs, service, parts, and sales. I wouldn't go to any other RV shop. Sylvan Lake RV does some amazing Reno's in the winter, and they take great care in transforming your unit into RV of your dreams. In the summer they are very busy because they are the absolute best in the area, so make sure to book your unit early.
Went in to have our stairs fixed- they wouldn’t always go out and in. Also to check our washer which wasn’t working. They couldn’t fix the washer. They fixed the stairs- the bill was $2700.00. No new stairs- feel like we were taken advantage of. And we live in town do we are not outsiders
Sylvan Lake RV Centre's staff were amazing from picking me up at the Edmonton Airport, letting me settle in a nearby motel, giving me the white glove service from test-driving my RV to helping me get on my way. Drove 2700 kms across the prairies, without a hitch. Slept comfortably with electrical service at 4 sites and boondocking at 2. Love my RV and looking forward to the adventure. A special thank you to Camilla... an amazing young lady that knows her stuff.
Did not follow up with warranty repairs. Purchased Sept 2023 they delivered to our permanent site since we could not pull it out to bring to them. Great! Agreed to do any warranty issue repairs at our location the following season 2024. Made sure to get that in writing since we could only use it 1 weekend before winterizing. Contacted spring 2024 about 1 broken awning, large leak in galley tank filling underbelly with water. Could not find time to come out to repair the following summer/fall contacted multiple times. I would highly recommend buying or selling through Sylvan Lake RV. We Took our 37 foot 2010 foot motorhome to be sold. I cannot say enough, how they made the motorhome look like brand new just gorgeous job. A very thorough inspection Is done. Repairs had to be done On the roof from a little leak through the awnings which they fixed. I just cannot say enough about the service.
