UPDATE BELOW Buyer Beware: Our very stressful Experience with a Previously Scrapped RV purchase. In September 2023, we unknowingly purchased a consigned Fifthwheel from Sylvan Lake RV that had previously been written off as “scrapped for parts” due to rodent infestation. This designation was confirmed by Saskatchewan Government Insurance (SGI) and Alberta Transportation in 2025—rendering the RV uninsurable, unregistrable, untowable and almost worthless. We were looking for a Class A diesel pusher and were pleasantly surprised by the inventory that they had. We worked with Mike to find the one that fit our budget and style. Mike was so personable and friendly to work with, no pressure just friendly and attentive service. When time to make a deal, Mike and Dave made it simple.
