Male triage nurse on Saturday was rude and uncaring
Always have had the upmost care and respect here, truly amazing people that work here! And usually pretty quick, especially with sick babies
Saturday night and got seen fairly quickly. Triage nurse and reception staff were quick and efficient (unlike the patients). Once through the wait, the nurses and doctor were friendly, approachable and very efficient, though clearly under some significant workload. People don't seem to appreciate that patients are seen in medical priority so the wait is understandable. However, more staff would reduce the wait hence the lost star, which is aimed at AHS, not Sylvan Lake Community Clinic staff
Waited almost 6 hours to see a doctor. Would’ve been faster going anywhere else. I Do not recommend.
