The best experience we have had with our son in a long time. We just checked into our campsite and our medically fragile son had some issues we neede addressing asap, we got there at the very last hour , not only were we greeted by a super friendly safety officer , he was treated with the upmost care and dignity by the triage nurse and check in nurse as well. I called today, June 12th, because I am at home with severe food poisoning and very dehydrated. Because I have a very young baby, I asked the lady if it would be much of a wait with my condition. She cut me off, rudely told me that she cannot guarantee wait times (I asked for no guarantee and would never be so foolish to hold a person accountable for estimating) and so I asked if it was busy right now, she again rudely responded “not right now.”.
