The staff that was on the evening I was there was amazing..I would have give a 5 but the lab tex I had was not a good one .. all other staff including my doctor went over and above . Did everything possible.. thank you for all the amazing work you do :)
Excellent service. I came in with lacerations and the triage nurse cleaned my cuts and covered them with gauze. The wait was 2 hours as estimated by the nurse. I was treated quickly once I made it to the room. The physician was easy going, friendly, kind and efficient. She stitched me up and the LPN covered the scrapes with a dressing and provided education on caring for myself at home. Thank you so much!

I truly appreciate that they took the time to look beyond the usual symptoms. In Canada, it’s often assumed that children just need Advil or Tylenol, and the real cause is overlooked. That’s why I value the attention we received so much in this case.
