Doctor was super nice. Blonde nurse with the fake eyelashes has a gift of making you feel like you’re horrible for even seeking help, even when you’re following what your surgeon recommended.
Clean place and nice staff but unfortunately the right hand has no idea what the left hand is doing. Been there twice since I moved in here 1 month ago for Lab and see the doctor, very unhappy and unprofessional result compare to clinics and doctors in BC. I will try Red Deer walk in clinic or hospital next time.
Would not recommend coming to this place at least after 3pm. Two of the nurses are rude. Sat for 6 hours just needing help while still bleeding everywhere just to get treated like garbage. If anything else comes from this I am seeking a legal avenue. Rimbey, Olds, Innisfail, heck even red deer sadly is far better.
I took my little guy here yesterday as his asthma was triggered. They got him in quick and started treatment for an asthma exacerbation and did a chest X-ray which showed a chest infection as well. The nurses were beyond kind and helpful and the doctor was prompt with treating my son. They took my son’s condition seriously and acted fast. I am so grateful for the staff at this health centre.
The staff this morning was extremely helpful and while joking and laughing they were very efficient and professional. In and out in 20 minutes. We are very lucky to have them !
