I have a very good time at Sylo.
New management team is terrific…very attentive to any & all of my needs! Cleaning team should be complimented! The entire place looks like a 5 star hotel! Maintenance team has continued to be professional, courteous & skilled! Trash team has some improvements to make in: PR, selective pick-up practices & consistency in pick-up times. A payment charge for minor & infrequent transgressions ridiculous - makes one feel like a first grader all over again. A courtesy note on trash can might be more useful!
