While my time there was great and the two ladies who took care of me were wonderful, the nail polish started chipping the NEXT day. When I sent a picture to them of my nails with all the chipped off polish, I got NO response. They have definitely lost a customer.
Went today with one of my best friends for a way over due "mom's day". The employees were so nice and the pedi's, facials and massages we got were just what the doctor ordered! Will definitely come back!
Today my four friends and I had a much needed spa day at Sylk. The owner, Diann, was extremely accommodating while planning this day, especially considering our big group. We chose the "Spa Delight" package featured on their website under Groupon Deals, consisting of a 60min pedicure, 30 minute facial and 30 minute massage. The website says the package is $80 but we were charged $69 each, I'm not sure if they gave us a group discount or what but I'm not complaining! $80 was a great price but $69 is even better! The massage and facial and pedicure I received today was amazing! It was super relaxing and very beneficial. Incredible customer service! the ladies who work here are super talented, professional, and very friendly. I'm incredibly impressed and I recommend this place to everyone.
The truth about this place is how you know how to get there early for the first show in this program for a few hours and I'm so embarrassed by how much I enjoy playing with the members and friends of a sudden you are going to have a blast.!
