My brother just got there, didn't have a choice of facilities but will be trying to move. My mom came in to visit and residents immediately started going through her bags AS SHE WAS WALKING DOWN THE HALL!! She went in the room and he was falling off the bed, she got a CNAs attention and she tried to move him....alone..by pulling on his neck!!! She told him he is there after a spinal cord injury and the CNA just said "oh I didn't know."
They are working hard to improve their reputation and they are a well trained and dedicated group of nurses and other staff.
I have worked with many nursing facilities and I have to say that Pineview is one of the cleanest facilities I have seen. The residents are always happy and the staff are always doing activities to engage the residents. The staff truly care about their residents. And the physical therapists are absolutely amazing!
