PineView was so wonderful to my dad. They took care of him and were always so kind. Unfortunately my dad’s time there was short due to his illness. I’m forever grateful for all the people who took such great care of him.
My brother just got there, didn't have a choice of facilities but will be trying to move. My mom came in to visit and residents immediately started going through her bags AS SHE WAS WALKING DOWN THE HALL!! She went in the room and he was falling off the bed, she got a CNAs attention and she tried to move him....alone..by pulling on his neck!!! She told him he is there after a spinal cord injury and the CNA just said "oh I didn't know."
They are working hard to improve their reputation and they are a well trained and dedicated group of nurses and other staff.
